Gap Year Projects with Lions

Posted 08 November 2011 | Info

Gap Year Projects with Lions has become quite popular amongst many, one of the main reasons for this is that you get the rare opportunity to work hands on with the biggest of all of Africa’s big cats. The Lion Cubs are also a real benefit as they are so cute and fun to be around.

At the Lion Park they offer a project where Volunteers will be helping out in daily tasks such as preparing bottles to feed the Lion and Hyena Cubs, maintenance, interacting with visitors and Most Importantly of all, Caring for the Animals! Gap Year Projects with Lions  will be a memorable experience filled with many stories to tell family and friends back home so be sure to bring your camera. This is ideal for those who enjoy wildlife and the outdoors, and if you haven’t been to South Africa before, be sure to schedule in some travel time to go and have a look at some of the tourist attractions they have to offer. Gap Year Projects with Lions should be organised well in advance to try and organise all that needs to be done, such as flights, visas (if necessary) and some will try do a bit of fundraising for their Gap Year before departing.

If this is your first time travelling overseas why not get a parent involved to assist you with all that might need to be done or you could also try a Travel Agent.
